The Humane Society of Skagit Valley invites media and the community to Adopt Joy, a local adoption event at your neighborhood PetSmart at the Everett Mall, 1130 SE Everett Mall Way Everett, WA 98208. With thousands of pets in need of loving homes, this celebration of compassion and connection is the perfect opportunity to meet adoptable dogs of various breeds, ages and energy levels.
