From the Director:
Hello everyone,
As a result of the recent health concerns surrounding the Coronovirus/COVID-19, we have implemented and will be practicing a Communicable Disease Policy and Response Plan.
Basically, our staff is thoroughly disinfecting the animal kennels as usual as well as wiping down all door handles, public counters, computers, phones, keyboards, copy machine, time-clock, etc. approx. 4 times per day. Any staff or volunteers who are sick or are exhibiting symptoms of illness of any kind are being asked to stay home.

We have also cancelled all outreach/fundraising events through the end of the month. This includes big and small gatherings, volunteer orientations. We will reexamine this at the end of March and take whatever measures we need to take at that time.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK, HAVE RECENTLY DEVELOPED A COUGH OR FEVER OR YOU HAVE TRAVELED TO LOCATIONS WITH CONFIRMED CASES OF COVID19 (CORONAVIRUS), PLEASE DO NOT ENTER OUR FACILITY AT THIS TIME. IF YOU ARE ILL OR ARE EXHIBITING SYMPTOMS, BUT HAVE AN ANIMAL-RELATED ISSUE SUCH AS A LOST ANIMAL, HAVE FOUND A STRAY ANIMAL OR NEED TO SURRENDER AN ANIMAL, PLEASE CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FROM YOUR VEHICLE AND SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF. WE WILL TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ASSISTANCE AT THAT TIME. You may call: (360) 757-0445 or (360) 757-2568
We greatly appreciate your support and cooperation with these measures, to ensure the health and safety of all.
Thank you,
Janine Ceja
