- One way is to donate items we need most often in our service at the shelter. Download a pdf copy of our wishlist to take shopping with you.
- You can help make a shelter dog feel a little more comfortable while waiting for their forever family to find them by donating a Kuranda bed. You can also support HSSV’s Mission by purchasing a Kuranda bed for your own pet from the Kuranda website, and we will receive a small commission from the sale. Or, better yet, you can do both! - Shop at Smile.Amazon.Com and choose Humane Society of Skagit Valley as your charity of choice.

- And, finally, you may make a donation so we can purchase the supplies we need most at our donation portal page.

Pet Food
The item we’re asked about most often is pet food. As you know, there’s a lot of different kinds out there and we’ll take anything you have to give. However, if we have a choice, we choose either Wildology, which is available at Coastal Farm and Ranch, or Kirkland brand, which is available at Costco. We can use dry and canned food for dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens alike.
