Many have offered to serve as foster families for some of these dogs. We are happy to hear that, but please understand that this is early in the process and we are not able to foster them out yet. Understand that all Foster Families will need to be thoroughly vetted and it could take some time before any dogs are available for fostering. Also, note that Foster Families MUST reside in Skagit County to be eligible. At this time we are prioritizing Foster Families with experience with Toy Dog Breeds.
